Enrico takes pride in making his special sauces, they are patiently slow cooked for hours each morning. Every dish is made by the order and often adjusted for our customers preference. All of our ingredients are chosen based on freshness and quality.

Enrico Costagliola hails from a small town outside of Napoli Italy, where he learned the love of food and cooking from his mother. After working in and owning restaurants in Italy, Maryland and Virginia, Enrico landed in Southwest Florida 13 years ago.
